I think that is false information that work has "dried up" and very very negative.

I had my highest ever year last year since I started my company, and even though it has slowed down a little in January, its still busy.

There are alot of abstractor's out there who are doing very very well, and one of the main reasons they are is because they don't listen to the negativity or agree with it.

Just like, not all companies are non payers and scum bags, there is tons of work out there and banks are in fact lending money,  people are refinancing and buying homes and clients are paying us for the work we do.

So please take your "work had dried up" somewhere else, thats something the media would say, because they NEVER say anything positive which is why I don't watch TV or read newspapers, its bad for your health.

Negativity breeds negativity.
