I would have to agree with George and Alix. I would be willing to reduce fees $5-$10 without taxes.  Obtaining taxes here can be quite time consuming.  One township in particular only deals by email and only replies on Saturdays which means I could wait up to 5 business days for tax info.  Twice in the past he has either overlooked my request, or missed it, or was "sick that day" and thus took an ADDITIONAL 7 DAYS to get tax info.

Though I've yet to be approached by anyone to do this type of search, I would gladly do it.  As far as any liability on our part, I'm confortable with a "search request" by them stating specifically NOT to search taxes and my report, when submitted to them, would specifically state that taxes were not examined.  As an Independant Abstractor in these parts, many of my searches are "customized" searches anyway.

Ohio taxes, on the other hand, are wonderful.....current, up-to-date tax info right at the county level.  I love tax info in Ohio---30 seconds to get whatever I need and more. :)
