Do not do work for Clifford Branham of Cornerstone Title Services or CTS Title Services of Kentucky.
They likely will not pay you, they will cease taking or returning phone calls from you, they will frequently change their email address to avoid contact.

There were several older posts about having problems getting paid, my company was in a similar situation, all promises were made "we are overnighting a check to you tommorrow" ect., to no avail. 

I just checked with the Kentucky Bar association and they said Clifford Branham's membership has been suspended for non-payment of dues, so apparently he has problems paying all his debts, not just to vendors.
