Source of Title Forums: Closing USA

Just got a message from Bob at "Closing USA". The number that came up was a Maryland number. I found a company by that name (Closing USA LLC) in the SOT directory, but am not sure if they are the same. Bob asked for my coverage area, fees and turn-around times, which are listed on my SOT page. Anyone know anything about them? I just have a really sketchy feeling ....
