I am trying to trim my bills down without compromising my business.  I presently have verizon phone services, and comcast tv and internet.   Verizon phone  is costing me approx $65-$75 a month, (for each phone line)  unlimited local and long distance, but comcast just told me they have unlimited local and long distance for $30.00 a month.  My concern is, with verizon if the lines went down they came to repair within 1-2 days,  but I do not know how comcast service is.  Does anyone use comcast phone service?  How are they about coming out for repairs when your lines go down? Are there any problems having a fax machine hooked up to comcast phone lines?  I would hate to switch to comcast and then find out when you have problems with your service that it takes them a week or two to come out and fix it.   Since I have numerouse phone lines I know this is one place I can try to cut down on what I pay, but I would hate to make the switch and then find out comcast is nothing but problems.
