Your client sounds a little confusing --- Are they Incorporated or an LLC/Sole Proprieter, If they are not Inc. be very carefull of taking this on unless you already know they are good payers. It seems like it is a good deal of extra work you are being asked to do --- just wondering is this a client that you have worked with before & have they paid you on time for your searches? You may be leary of doing these "special" searches for a new client ---
