If you are looking to get a  title search do not use this company. They get free info from your county property appraiser site and charge you $100 for it. If you call and complain that you did not get what the site states the owner will laugh at you. You will not get what you ask for and he will take your money. It did not just happen to me. I wish I would have spoken with a friend of mine before because it happened to him with the same company last year. And like my friend we both lost our money and did not get what was promised. The owner is from Scotland and does his work from a computer in Scotland. After I got ripped off by this guy I talked to several people who said that they used other title search company that were really good. So once again there are several goood search companies but not this one. Do not use PROTITLE USA. They are a FRAUD!
