Just wondering if anyone is familiar with a company called Title Scecialists out of Knoxville TN??  I ask because they just sent me a search request and I noticed that they have a neighboring address to U.S. Title Corp, whom owes many of us money.  I am concernend that U. S. Title may have reorganized into a new company and if so, I think we all should be warned!
