Interesting, I just read a story a few weeks ago where a website discussion board about scuba diving is getting sued because of some posts.

It seems that a scuba dive charter boat had some fatalities a few years ago. Some speculated it was because of bad air in the scuba cylinders, provided by the boat operator. When these comments appeared on the scuba chat board, the operator sued. For $10 Million. Apparently, operating a discussion forum is getting dangerous!! :)
