Hello all,

It seems the attorneys in the state of West Virginia are trying to shut down all indpendent abstractors through the claim of "unauthorized practice of law rules".  Are tjhere any other states that have achieved this through these means?  I would be interested (as would others) as to the ability of lawyers to accomplish this.
