Should we, or could we, provide tax information with the disclaimer they are for informational purposes only? One of my biggest clients has that disclaimer on their form and I am thinking of adding it to mine. Ultimately taxes are the responsibilty of the homeowner. Any failure to pay should fall back on them. We provide a tax printout but postings can change. The county could make a mistake. We could be misinformed or even miss something.  How do some of you handle providing tax info? What are your opinions of adding such a disclaimer?
