I must admit that I don't understand the disclaimer. What exactly does "informational purposes only" mean? Isn't the entire search for informational purposes? Abstractors are hired to provide information only (as opposed to an opinion of title, I suppose).
In my opinion, it would be more useful to provide a disclaimer that states that you are reporting information as provided by [blank] and you are not expressing an opinion as to its accuracy. I think you are fine with a printout. If you are aware that the source of your information is often inaccurate, you might want to also advise your client of that fact and suggest that they call the county to verify it.
