This is why e-filing is so important.  Check "Simplifile.com" to see if your county is "online".  If it's not, then check with the recording office when and/or if they may join the 21st Century.  I have to say this has been the best technological improvement in the title closing business that I've had the pleasure to enjoy over the past 30 years.
