I just wanted to put in a good word about US TITLE Corp.

I have been owed money for work done quite a while ago.  I have kept in touch with Missy and Rick.  They both have been quite honest and professional with me.  They lost a big client that went under, so of course that client did not pay them a lot of money owed them.  I received a payment from them the other day for half of the amount they owed me.  I do not think these guys are trying to go out of business or not pay all the monies they owe to abstractors.  It has been quite a struggle to recover from the affects of one of their big clients going out of business.  I believe they will pay all of us all but we may have to be patient.
