Sounds a little like "laws seem to strike a nice balance" means that those who do bother
to get licensed are an "open season" on customers because they have a good example
of how "licensing" can regulate the quanity in the name of raising the quality, but it
only backfires. All I can say is bring on MORE LICENSING so we can raise our rates
sky high thanks to big brother. I never have firgured out why barbers need to be
licensed, if I don't like the guys work, I sure won't go back.
