GA HB 1055 was recently passed and is awaiting the governor's signature.  Unless he vetos it, which I believe is unlikely, one of the fee increases is for copies - from .25 a page to .50 a page.  I believe this will go into effect July 1st. 

I for one, will not be able to absorb this extra cost. I will have to raise my fees for those who want copies included in fee.  I will have to exclude some copies I include for certain products and charge for them at cost.  More & more companies are requiring full copies for everything and that gets quite costly.   Instead of $20 a day, I will have to front $40.  For the most part, my fees haven't increased since 2002, even though gas prices have practically tripled and my E & O has doubled through no fault of my own.  As you all know, most want you to decrease your fees. This is it for me!  I have no choice but to recover additional copy costs in my fees.  I'd like to know what others plan to do.  Thanks.
