Wow, same ole story I am hearing from everyone.
They just send a check for whatever amount they have in the back. It never matches up and the missed orders never get paid.
The treatment I have received the last two months has pushed me over the edge. I was dealing with a Steve Robsel and he just stopped returning my calls and emails. I was nice, professional and I guess, too patience. It got me nowhere. Now, they have me emailing some new vendor manager and she is sending it onto “the new guy” in accounting. It’s like a big secret or something. I have asked for the “the new guys” name and contact information so I could deal with him directly. Guess what, they won’t give it me? What the hell is going on over there?
Bottom line, I don’t think they have the cash. Beware and keep your eye on them. Let me know if you get a check in the near future for those missed fees.
