You sound like a nice person following her ethics in business with regard to customer service. You did the right thing. Just let it go. They don't sound like customers you would want anyhow. I hope you don't let people like that change the great way you do business. I have done similar things in the past, and I just blow it off. We can't change the world, but we can get great customers by just being ourselves.
