We are looking at increasing our pricing on copy costs for one of our states. This is a smart decision on our end as in most cases we are actually losing money because of our lower pricing. However, I am looking at the best way to go about doing this.
I was looking at sending out a notification email to clients with a one month warning that the increase will be going into effect.
I wanted to see what is typically considered to be good manners on this point?
