Source of Title Forums: Flagstar E-sign

Can anyone recommend a couple of notaries in the Baltimore County are who are familiary with the Flagstar E-sign system? and who have laptops and can complete these types of refinance closings?

I have a couple who are familiar with Amtrust, but I am having a hard time finding someone who is familiar with Flagstar.
