I don't worry about the records remaining public, but it seems like an aweful inconveience to the local title companies that usually set their offices up near the county offices. Delaware is a very small state with only 3 counties, but I still have to imagine there are a lot of small agencies that aren't going to like this change. I would think that this would slow land transactions.
