Tenants by the entireties is somewhat different and not all states recognize it. Ohio abolished it years ago. My understanding is that creditors of one spouse cannot attach property of both spouses held as tenants by the entireties. I believe that the exception is federal tax liens. Since we do not have this in Ohio, I'm not thoroughly familiar with it. There may be other exceptions.
This is an area where advice from a local attorney would be a good idea.
Generally speaking, a corporation or LLC is a good idea. However, it most likely will not protect you from your own negligence. If you have employees, it is certainly a good idea. The first line of defense is always insurance. Just make sure your limits are high enough to protect you.
