Let's forget their approach to our clients to do searches for a minute.

Has anyone been asked to do a search for them?  I'm presuming it's in a county that's not online or in a plant .  We were just asked to do a rush search for them.  I can't find anything negative about their payment or really anything other than the recent posting about their emailing some people here.
