There are quite a few posts about them.  Check backwards over the prior month.  I have never dealt with them, but earlier this year I dropped a client that had started outsourcing their work to India for cheap money & wanted to rely on me for the difficult searches or for document retrieval that they couldn't get online.  I decided that I really didn't want to make life easier for people who were trying to put me out of business.
