Incorrect. The "rules" (shorthand for codes and statutes) apply to those that they are written to apply to. In this case, it is no different to legally avoid being subject to this "rule", than for Exxon to avoid paying taxes using loopholes in different codes. If you are subject to the code, then obey it, if not, then your obediance to a code that does not apply to you sounds klinda weird at best. The statute is indeed clear. I've agreed with everyone who has said so. What is muddy is your interpretation thereof. Rosa Parks was not the issue, as I've said before; it was a minor slight on Robert's position, not a comparison to anything I was doing. Reread.
