Opinion question: I found a non-disturbance agreement with a lender. This one only lists the lender but not the original mortgage to that lender and is not cross-referenced as such in the index. In the past, non-disturbance agreements have always referenced back to a mortgage or the language was contained in a standard modification agreement that was modifiying a specific mortgage. The original mortgage was satisfied and refinanced with a different lender. I am correct that the non-disturbance agreement was specific to THAT mortgage and releases with a full satisfaction of THAT mortgage, right?
