I think I agree with Donna. I would show it on a title search. However, it is most likely going to be irrelevant. A non-disturbance agreement is usually an agreement between the lender and a tenant that specifies the rights and duties of each in the event the landlord is foreclosed on. If the lender that is a party to the agreement no longer holds a mortgage, it would seem to render the agreement moot.
