I have never run into there being any confusion on what a "search" would classify as, but did run into a misunderstanding on this today. So I am curious.

If one were to pull a case file for say "Joe Doaks", this would be a "search". If you were then to get a request for multiple case files all under that same individuals name would each further case be a search or would all files pulled while under "Joe Doaks" be a search?

We typically have seperate pricing for each name/case pull and have counted them as individual searches, first one at a normal rate and additional ones at a reduced rate.
