Haven't had a vacation in 10 years! Had a guy who worked for me for 3 years, stole my client list and went into business for himself......He actually bragged about it!  A couple of people actually taught him how to do Full Titles even after he bragged about what he did. That taught me all I needed to know about trust in this business, I take my time off on long weekends exclusively!
