I did leave a message and I have done so several times in the past. The story is always the same. NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK. I have experienced the "overbilling" issue with three different abstractors who had incorporated business names with no dba's or aliasses. I hope you are able to eliminate this issue. This "extra invoice" may be enough to cause some agents to throw in the towel and close up. I know that seems extreme but these days anything can be the straw that broke the camels back.
