Source of Title Forums: Courthouse Searchers, Inc

I was wondering if anyone besides myself is owed money from Courthouse Searchers, Inc.? They mysteriously seem to have disappeared. The phone is diconnected, etc etc... Strangely enough (wink wink) there is another company (CLS Direct, Inc.) providing the same services at the same address. After a little snooping, I find that the physical address used for both companies(8417 Oswego Rd., #104, Baldwinsville, NY 13027) is a UPS Store/Post Office. I did a Corporation search at the NY Department of State and find that the Corporation, Courthouse Searchers, Inc. is still active. The CEO is a name that's very familiar to those who frequent this site, look it up if you wish. The CEO for the new company, CLS Direct, Inc. is an attorney from the Syracuse, NY area.

Just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat as myself!
