Carla: First American (Brighton) had a lot of it's outside order processing changed to the Bloomfield office. Try sending an e-mail to cmarien@firstam.com She is not in charge of finances, but she can get you to the right person. They (and Brighton) have been a wonderful, responsive client without money issues, so please give them a chance to rectify the situation. I really think it was just a misstep when the two offices did some shuffling.
