Payment upon ordering just isn't the operating basis in this industry.
The thing that I find to be ironic is that I have to spend valuable time and effort ensuring the monies come in the door, where that time could have been spent getting their orders filled faster. Factually it would keep our overhead lower to not spend so much time and energy in accounts. So sadly, all clients end up suffering with slightly slower services and slightly higher pricing to offset our higher overhead.
