I wanted to post one more thing on this site.  first of all I am very embarrassed this was placed on the internet.  The first invoice I received from this company was June 20, 2010.  In that a prior title examiner was slow in getting information to me for the title reports my client cancelled all but 10 of the orders sent to me.  The complaining company had already done them therefore they invoice and are due money.  I have no problem with that; however, at this time, I have no monies due to the fact that the client I did have is not a client anymore.  I contacted the complaining company and informed them that I would send $100 a week toward the balance owed to them.  they were very rude and would not accept.

The information they stated about LSI is a litle different than what was said and I want everybody to know the truth.   I am not proud of the fact that I was not a good employer and did not monitor everything coming in and out of the business.  One of the problems that arose is that an escrow account was not balanced correctly and due to this there was a problem with the escrow account.  A check was written to a seller in a transaction which, due to the escrow account problem, did not clear.  LSI and I taked about this in depth.  I would do anything I could to try to remedy the situation; however, at this point I have no monies.  I even offered to take out a life insurance policy for the amount due.  I did not and would not embezzle (as was said above) any monies.  If I did why have I lost everything I ever owned.   I did not fight the suit brought in the federal court because regardless of what happened or why, I was the responsible party.  I was the one who did not handle the business in a proper way.  I will never be able to do anything to change that.    I do wish I could do something for LSI.  They are a great company!!    I loved the title industry and if I could turn back time I would do so in an instance.

I did want to give the readers some type of answer to the complaint brought.  I DO owe the complaining party money and as work is received they will be paid...that I promise.
