And.. the forclosure settlement corps say they can't afford to pay anymore than $90 for a title search???  The trustees reports list title services at about $250-300 per case!!! Of course these titles are all current owner and all an inside operation of somekind (AFB sound familiar).
We have always known who was sucking all the money!!
