Yep.  Typos are funny when you post things on forums.  Good laugh.  Lawyer jokes are funny too.  Robert is a lawyer and hence and object of great humor in our industry, just as much as I appear to be within his circle.  Robert can also benefit from a reading program since he like to read so much into various posts, much of which exists only in his vivid imagination.

Robert appears intent on ignoring the equally numerous professiona;s, organizations, and firms who have examined the issue and come to the opposite conclusions.   If they could talk then I'd bet lemmings would name a dozen others who are heading in the same direction of the same cliff as being proof that they are going in the right direction.  This cuts both ways, I know.  The point is, most literate people will see through Robert's "join the rally" effort as it is neither proof, nor even evidence that his position is correct.  It's just a club for mutual appreciation and back patting.

Robert may sometimes feel like he's trying to be an opinionated, blustery, ascerbic, uptight, humorless, status quo cheerleader in my opinion. but his misguided views are actually of great interest to those on the "other side" whom he enjoys demonizing..  Based on his posts, I don't expect that he grasps the legal intricies of many issues as based on his over-simple analysis of things here.
