Robert appears intent on ignoring the equally numerous professiona;s, (sic) organizations, and firms who have examined the issue and come to the opposite conclusions.
Care to cite any of them? The only thing I have seen in favor of the covenants have come from Freehold, or those paid by Freehold. I have not only provided my opinion, I have posted the statutes, case law, and comments by legal experts, law professors, and legislators. Do you believe that none of them are capable of grasping "the legal intricies" (I think you meant "intricacies") as well? How is it that we are all unable to comprehend what you claim to understand so well?
I'd be happy to review any new information you have. I have invited Freehold several times to send me the report from their "top-rated, national law firm," but so far I haven't received anything. I have cited specific sources - all I hear from you are claims that there are "equally numerous professionals, organizations, and firms who have examined the issue and come to the opposite conclusions." Go ahead, name one!
If you can support your position with ANY LAW, please feel free... otherwise, just concede that you are blowing hot air and insulting my intelligence (and character), and that of the readership at large.
