I received a phone call today from a Title Company ( I think). The person calling could no speak English well enough for me to understand anything he said.  He was very hesitant in trying to tell me where he was located and I asked him if I could speak to someone else who could speak better English.  Another person came to the phone and I finally understood he was calling from Maryland (so he said).  He wanted to know how much I charged for a Current Owner Search.  Due to the communications problems I asked him to call someone else that I was not interested.  I would like to apoligize to that person if his call was legitimate.  Don't suppose he realized that I was located in SOUTH ALABAMA (and no wise cracks please).  I need the business but I like to know who I'm dealing with.  Don't suppose any of you get these type calls.  Al
