I am in the process of changing my E&O insurance over to Foxpoint.

The rates looked good and they seem to be a solid company but after sending in my payment and filling out the paperwork they seemed to have forgotten I exist and have not returned my emails inquiring as to when I could expect a proof of insurance certificate.

If anyone has dealt with them, postive or negative, let me know. They haven't withdrawn the payment from the bank yet, but I am getting tired of waiting on the certificate and the customer service seems pretty shabby.
