Source of Title Forums: Re: Mechanic's Lien

When you find that mythic "Virginia Title Examiner's manuel", please let me know! Ain't no sech of a thing that I know of! There's a book A Virginia Title Examiners' Manual by Douglass W. Dewing, but the copyright is 1992 and I have not been able to find an update or even if there is one. Anybody else know?
