Several days ago I posted a message asking if Ameristar was still a deadbeat company. Just some more information I have received after many phone calls unanswered and emails not returned since the 1st of Sept.
I did finally get an answer from Stephanie at Ameristar. Their policy for payment is 45 days AFTER the end of the month in which the order was completed. It's interesting that they don't tell you that up front. So that is possibly 75-90 days before payment is actually received. Doesn't this seem like a lot of time to get paid? Especially from a company that has some black marks against it in the past.
I did receive a check for services from June the other day. I think I'll choose not to do business with this company.
