For those of you not familiar with the area, Marblehead is a small seaside town in Mass.  This case has been going on forever & now,  it seems, the final countdown has begun.  There was another case like this a few years ago in Ipswich on Great Neck (I think) or maybe it was Little Neck (can't remember).  Same issue though.  People built a house blocking everyone's view, but I think in that case, the owners were told from the jump not to build, but chose to do so anyway thinking that no-one would be able to stop them.  But they were stopped & in a very big way.  Makes me  glad that I live in a house that doesn't have a view of anything but the neighbors.
