To represent an organization that allows me to use my Notary expertise in executing loan documents in a professional and expeditious manner.  Extensive knowledge of loan documentation.  I am able to easily guide borrowers through the signing process, locate information, facilitate and resolve issues that may arise.  I attribute my success rate to my attention to detail.  I have Errors and Omissions Insurance (never used), and provide error-free closings.
