That is a definite point. Typically you do have an hour and a person who is coaxing and walking you through the paperwork fast. Then the purchaser takes what that get explained to them, there is no way you can explain the paperwork in an hour. They don't know what is important to you, like Slade's example 600 for a title search (Egags!?). It is kind of ironic that you ended up paying 600 for a title search...
So the paperwork may become more simple... but who reads them anyway? ... I am just saying. (I am not saying the review is not needed, take it as a different concept).
