I ve been working with them for 3 years and never have had a problem getting paid!  All independent contractors should expect a 30 to 90 day payment schedule. All companies run on this policy.

Small independent title compaines should get use to this and accept it, cause its the american way. Stating negative things about a company only hurts everyone and some people should be sued for slander. What ever happened to being professional?
