You guys can go back and forth and back and forth for a very long time  about the republicans and democrats, etc.., etc..but the bottom line is this,

my company makes a certain amount of income, of course I am always trying to produce more income, my company is solvent, meaning I have more money than what I owe out, my company doesn't take loans from banks, even though they have been offered, because why go into debt, I am solvent and intend to remain solvent.

Now if our government operated this way this country would in fact be solvent. And as a few have pointed out on this thread the reason America is insolvent is because the government keeps spending money it doesn't have = these people are insane!!!

Until we clean out the government and get people in there who actually care about this country, and QUIT SPENDING MONEY THE GOVERNMENT DOESN'T HAVE, this country will NEVER get out of debt. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that one out.

It would be interesting to see if these "democrats and republicans" handle their personal finances the way they handle the governments finances, are they personally insolvent??? I doubt it but then you never know.

Personally I paid the federal government a huge chunk in taxes last year and I wasn't real happy to see my country being put more in debt.

I do not resent paying my fair share of taxes however I do resent our government continuing to put this country into a blacker hole than it already is. I mean why would any sane person do this???

From my viewpoint we need to get people in there who understand what the word solvent means, and who have the balls to go in and investigate and find out what is really going on. And put some heads on a pike. I am certain a real investigation into this black hole that is being created would turn up some really really interesting things.

Bad conditions do not just happen, they are created.
