I agree with you 100%. Its simple and easy to blame others for bad conditions its a whole nother to DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT and demand that others do the same.

Americans have been in a  apathetic slumber for a very long time and its time to wake them up and as you say turn the TV off, quit the drugs and alcohol and confront reality.

I was raised without TV and raised my son without TV, TV is very very destruction from my viewpoint.
