Alright, it is obvious the idea of taxing one group of individuals over another is not fair. The minutiae is going to be wether rich will be "overly burdened" in the eyes of the Courts. Is it fair? No. Since the rich bear the brunt of the tax burden anyways, I find the idea of taxing more tantamount to going to jail for a crime, then the judge decides later, you should do more time.
I guess living in Cleveland and seeing all the jobs available to people and then the absolute lack of ambition because of the steady paycheck that welfare brings. My wife's cousin worked for a company for one year as a sales rep and was fired due to bad perfomance numbers. She is STILL on unemployment. SHE JUST GRADUATED COLLEGE!!! She calls her unemplyment her Obama money and laughs about it. I tried making her realize that's not Obama's money, because some of it is mine. She just doesn't get it. She believes she is entitled to it for her one year of hard work.
Many of us have worked for decades to be where we are, fallen on our faces may times and risked our own sanity to get by. Too many people are riding the system and taking the lazy way out instead of showing some initiative, why not start there? why not start with the entitlement programs first?
Why not do a better job of enforcing the laws we have instead of the scholars constantly coming up with new way to create a larger government and put the workers bees more under the hammer of social justice. Not all people are created equal, some of us are better than others. Look at what we do in this business. Look at the thought process of a title evidence person, you actually think we are all equal? Everyone reading this knows that one person that couldn't search their way out of a one walled room. So why do the ones who succeed have to always keep picking up the others? Eventually there will be two classes, the workers and the takers. Since I can't take from others and keep my dignity, then I suppose I will become the slave.
