Anyone worked with these people before?  I know they're foreign based (which isn't necessarily an issue -- I do work with a couple of good, solid based-in-India companies), but when I know nothing about them and I know I have no way of collecting ....  Well, anyway, you understand.  Here's the contact info they gave me.
