I uploaded the bulletin here.

While this bulletin refers to foreclosure affidavits signed by a particular Maryland foreclosure mill apparently, the practice of assembly line signing and/or having subsitute signers forge signatures appears to be an almost ubiquitous practice in foreclosure mills, just like it was at the big mortgage servicers.  I read a deposition from an ex-employee at the David J. Stern foreclosure mill down in Florida, and the employee testified that they did both... the signer, Cheryl Sammons, would sign all the documents in private, then call in all the paralegals to a conference table, and they would sign as witnesses, having not witnessed the actual signature.  Also, they "trained" other employees to sign Cheryl's signature, so that when her signing hand got tired or when she went on vacation, the replacement signers would forge her name.
